Identify the customer’s requirements and specifications for the hologram stickers, such as size, shape, color, and security features.
Design the hologram stickers using a graphic software by a holographic Expert designer and get the customer’s approval for the final design.
Create a master hologram using a laser beam and a photosensitive material, following the design and incorporating the security features.
Copy the master hologram onto a metalized film, such as polyester or vinyl, using heat and pressure to emboss the hologram image onto the film.
Cut the hologram film into stickers of the desired size and shape, and apply an adhesive layer on the back of each sticker.
Pack the hologram stickers carefully and securely, and deliver them to the customer on time.
A barcode essentially is a way to encode information in a visual pattern that a machine can read. The combination of black and white bars (elements) represents different text characters which follows a set algorithm for that barcode type. If you change the sequence of elements you get different text. A barcode scanner reads this pattern of black and white that is then turned into a line of text your computer can understand.
